Once all the bridges and tunnels are reopened in New York City guess what's gonna happen - people are going to start getting the hell out of there, for good. I thought 9-11 2001 was going to mark the top of NYC's population, but then Wall Street developed the subprime mortgage scam which went on for most of the of the 2000's and attracted more greedy residents looking for the high life.
Hurricane Sandy will be the top. Residents have had enough. There are no more bubbles left to chase, only severe storms and terrorist attacks to run from. Don't let the rats bite you on the way out.
